Enter Ella Maythorne, your average spirited freshman girl, whose Halloween at a frat party goes terribly wrong. When the school and the police both refuse to fight for her, Ella decides to take matters into her own iPhone 6, launching a full-on social media campaign against her rapist. She is now the face of a movement, the poster child of campus rape, an activist for the Instagram era, and a celebrity in her own right - but where does she go from there?
